Requires the microsandbox CLI to be installed; if it is missing, the user should install it rather than the agent auto-installing it.
The local runtime requires Linux with KVM enabled or macOS with Apple Silicon.
Enables the opt-in Cloud backend through an environment variable; a separate explicit backend selector is also required.
