Find where genes are expressed and variants affect them.

What it does

Retrieve gene-expression baselines and significant eQTL associations across human tissues from GTEx.

When to use it

Use for gene-ID mapping, median expression, highest-expressing tissues, and gene or regional eQTL queries, including GWAS contextualisation.

How to use it

Give it a gene or chromosomal region to query; it saves the requested GTEx results as JSON files under /tmp/.

What you provide

  • a gene or chromosomal region
